Self-Coaching Group
Meetings

Tuesdays, 1–3 PM

Beginning November 3, 2026

Self-Coaching Group Meetings offer structured time to explore boundaries, communication, choices, relationships, self-patterns, personal goals, and what matters most to you.

These are women-centered, peer-supported meetings designed to create space for reflection without turning into group therapy, advice-giving, or problem-solving for one another.

Participants meet in small Share Circles, where each person is given equal time and may always choose to speak, listen, reflect, or pass.

The purpose is not to solve one another’s lives.

Instead, carefully chosen questions and a clear meeting structure create room for participants to hear themselves more clearly, notice patterns, consider what they want, and ask:

What is mine to decide?

Your Thoughts. Your Choices. Your Work.

Self-Coaching is based on the idea that other people do not necessarily know what is best for us —and that we often gain greater clarity when we are given enough space to hear our own thoughts without interruption, correction, or pressure.

During Share Circles, participants are not asked to analyze one another or come up with solutions for someone else.

Group guidelines help protect each participant’s autonomy. Participants do not advise, interpret, correct, diagnose, interrogate, or problem-solve for one another.

Instead, the emphasis is on:

respectful listening

honest self-reflection

encouragement

equal opportunity to participate

personal choice

Appreciation Statements

allowing each participant to arrive at her own conclusions

Sometimes simply saying something aloud

—and hearing yourself say it in a room where no one immediately tells you what to do—

can help you recognize what you already know, what you are unsure about, or what you may want to consider next.

A Different Kind of Peer Support

Peer support does not have to mean taking responsibility for one another.

In Self-Coaching Group Meetings,

participants can be present, interested, encouraging, and compassionate without becoming advisers, rescuers, therapists, or decision-makers for someone else.

That boundary allows each woman to remain responsible for her own choices while still experiencing the value of being heard and supported by others.

You never have to share more than you want to share, and passing is always an option.

No Ongoing Commitment Required

You are welcome to attend once,

occasionally, or regularly.

There is no membership requirement and no expectation that you commit to a series of meetings. Each meeting can stand on its own, allowing you to participate in whatever way fits your life and needs at that time.

Your first Self-Coaching Group Meeting is complimentary.

For future meetings, a suggested $20 donation may be placed in the Donation Box near the exit.
